Declaration

  • All the information entered on this form is true, and you understand that any false information may result in the withdrawal of your voluntary role.
  • You consent for your emergency contacts to be used in the event of an incident involving you at the shelter, or if there are concerns regarding your travel to or from the shelter.
  • You consent to your information being held in line with the Data Protection and Privacy Policy of St Francis Dogs Home. Your details will be held for the length of time required to process your application. If you are unsuccessful in your application, they will be deleted. If you are successful, they will be held for the length of time you are an active volunteer.

The data you’ve provided will be used by St Francis Dogs Home to assess suitability of applicant to foster animals for St Francis.

We’ll also store this information to comply with any legal requirements. To help us better understand our volunteers we may analyse the information you provide.

We only share your data with third parties to obtain pre-volunteering references or criminal records checks (where necessary). We won’t use your data for marketing or fundraising purposes.
