PLEASE NOTE: OUR DOGS CAN ONLY BE ADOPTED BY APPLICANTS LIVING IN CORNWALL
PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM AS FULLY AS POSSIBLE AS THE INFORMATION GIVEN HERE IS WHAT WE USE TO SHORTLIST APPLICANTS. WE SIMPLY DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT TIME TO HAVE LONG CONVERSATIONS WITH EVERY APPLICANT TO DETERMINE WHETHER THEY WOULD BE A GOOD PLACEMENT FOR AN INDIVIDUAL DOG. THANK YOU

We only rehome dogs within the county of Cornwall
All adoptions are subject to a meet and greet on our premises
There will be an adoption fee for an adopted dog unless otherwise stated
All adoptions are subject to a home check
All adopted dogs come with full rescue back up for the life of the dog
St Francis is collecting your details because you are interested in adopting a dog from us. We need your data to complete your adoption application. We promise to keep your information safe, and we’ll never give away or sell your details to other organisations to use for their own purposes.
