Home Compatibility
Children: 12 years + dog savvy children – He can be excitable and knock smaller children over
Dogs: Needs to practice manners and calm greetings with dogs – if to live with would need to be a VERY robust dog, that would tolerate his bouncy nature
Cats: not recommended Chases – has lived with before but does chase.
Other Pets: (if applicable): small animals would need to be house appropriately and kept up high. He has had no experience with larger animals.

Comfortable being left: He is left alone in a large dog crate – would need to ensure he has had suitable exercise/stimulation prior to being left

Car Travel: can whine in the car – usually travels on the back sea with seatbelt
Recall: Needs work
Housetrained: Yes
Lead Walking: VERY strong on the lead – needs work on this
Basic Training: Good – needs to practice calmness now around exciting things such as dogs, people and cats
Training Needs: Lead walking, calmness, jumping up, practice doggy manners
Reactivity: None – can pull towards exciting things and be OTT on greeting people.

Exercise and Lifestyle: Needs an active home that will give him both physical exercise and mental stimulation.
Exercise Requirements: need two good walks a day for 45mins +
Mental Stimulation: Very important for a young highly intelligent dog, needs to be doing sniffing activities, obedience training and tracking would be great for him. He loves using his nose!

Comfortable in Public Places (e.g. cafés, pubs, shops, town centres): has not has exposure to cafés, pubs or shops. In time, he would be able to visit these places but new owners should not expect to be able to do this with him now. He would prefer the outdoors.
