Our Dogs

Hi, My Name is Rosebud

Breed: French Bulldog

Gender: Female

Age: 2 Years 0 Months

Hi, I’m a beautiful Pocket Bully girl with a heart as big as my smile. I have the classic bully breed personality—loyal, affectionate, and always happiest when I’m close to my people.
I’m sweet-natured, full of character, and love making everyone laugh with my funny little quirks. Whether it’s cuddling on the sofa, playing in the garden, or greeting everyone with a wagging tail, I bring joy wherever I go.

I have a gentle temperament, a loving nature, and a confident personality that makes me a wonderful companion. I adore attention, thrive on human interaction, and get along well with people when given the chance to show my friendly side.
I’m the perfect mix of strength and softness—a true bully breed with a loving heart. If you’re an experienced dog owner looking for a loyal best friend with endless affection and a personality that shines, I’m your girl.

Home Compatibility
Children: Older 10 years +
Dogs: I could possibly live with a well rounded, older dog that understand the bulldog bargy nature. Although, I may prefer to be the only dog in home to soak up all the attention
Cats: No – high prey drive
Other Pets: Not good with livestock – high prey drive

Home Alone Time
Maximum Known Duration: 3 hours maximum
Additional Information: I can settle well here in kennels but I prefer the company of my people so wouldn’t want to be left longer than 3 hours. We would recommend building this time up and introducing a crate at home

Medical
Neutered/Spayed: No
Vaccinations: In progress
Flea Treatment: In progress
Worm Treatment: In progress
Known Medical Conditions: came to us with an ear infection that required a course of steroids
Additional Veterinary Information: needs grain free diet, has sensitive skin. Isnt keen on vet handling, would need to be treated gently and introduced to an understanding vet slowly that is not going to push her or use force ________________________________________
Ideal Home
She is looking for a patient, loving home where she can continue building her confidence. Having come into rescue as a stray, very little is known about her background, so she is still learning about the world around her. She would benefit from owners with bull breed experience who understand the breed’s loyal, people-focused nature. She enjoys plenty of company and will need gentle, understanding handling including during veterinary visits.
